Water-filled high-water dams are an alternative to dams built with sandbags.
The dams form a closed water basin. They are made of a 3-layer, pvc-coated
watertight fabric. This makes them particularly resistant to long-term effects
of water, air, and UV radiation. The materials used make the dam reusable. The
dam is used to build or heighten flood banks.
